Getting from the car park to the reception area at Nelson Hospital can be a daunting task for anyone who is elderly or living with a disability. Our club helped fund a golf-buggy style shuttle to solve exactly that problem.

The latest shuttle cost just over $25,000, of which our club contributed $5,000, and a roster of volunteers keeps it running five days a week — a small, practical project with a big impact on patients and visitors at their most vulnerable.
